Read more nks. Lock ring pliers (which are required) of the proper size are difficult to find and can cost up to $30.00 I should had checked with you guys about prior to purchasing these on my own.

When ordering the part online I found that the part for my mixer had been discontinued. I contacted your telephone support for help and they found a substitute part that worked great. The only difference that I could see is that the replacement part was not designed to use an O ring in the mid portion of shaft as was the case with original part. However; everything fit great and there does not seem to be any issues with the new design.
