I have ordered from your firm in the past and was extremely satisfied; however, this time there was a small glitch. I ordered a replacement set of beaters for my hand mixer; when the package arrived I opened it in great anticipation of finding a new set of mixer beaters; but, I was utterly surprised to find only one (1). I immediately called your customer service and explained the situation. The person on the other end was extremely gracious and asked me for permission to be put on a brief hold. When she returned she told me that there was an easy solution and within a weeks time I had a set (2) of beaters. Since I am baking for my daughters' upcoming wedding I was thrilled to be helped in such a timely manner. I will always return to your firm for any future need for replacement parts. Your firm is A #1 in my book and I always recommend good service.
