The throat plate supports the material around the blade to aid in making clean accurate cuts. This throat plate is a zero clearance plate that will need to be cut once it is installed. Throat plate for my Ridgid radial arm saw.
I ordered a new throat plate after damaging the old one. I ordered the part in April and after a month I still hadnt received the replacement plate. I called your customer service and explained my problem and they told me that the replacement parts were on back order and offered to refund my money. Since it was less than $20 I was willing to wait. Finally received the replacement plate in August. Im not upset at all since your agent did offer me a refund. Im also aware of supply chain issues sometimes do occur and my saw was operable with the old plate.
