This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The inner pad is found in compound miter saws from Ridgid. This part is made of flexible rubber, and is placed between the blade bolt cover and the guard plate and tension spring. You will require a wrench when replacing this item. This product is available as an individual replacement part.
