This is a genuine OEM sourced part which is specially designed for use with Makita miter saws. The cross head screw attaches to the lock plate and the working table locking bracket. It will require a phillips screwdriver during installation. This part will need to be replaced if it breaks or strips. It is made of metal and is sold individually.
