This authentic item is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with miter saws made by Makita. The cam fits between the stop ring and the compression spring. When replacing this part a screwdriver and a set of pliers might be required during the installation process. It will require replacing if it becomes broken. This item is made out of metal and is available as an individual replacement part.
