My order was held up because two of the four parts were on back order. After thirteen days I called to find out where my order was and was told I have to cancel the whole order and reorder the parts separately. ( in stock parts/back order parts) I just received an email stating they canceled my order for the back order parts. I received two of the four parts and they are fine but I will never order from ereplacementparts again
