No help from Metabo
While unpacking and setting up my new table saw I discovered a problem. Saw sat unboxed for nearly a year. While setting it up I found that the locking handle for the fence was broken. Call after call, transfer after transfer Metabo was no help. I had delt with e-replacement parts for a few other repairs I had made so I pulled you up. I really didn't think I should have to pay for a replacement part but I needed it fixed. Had a little trouble finding what I was looking for. I got a rep on the line and together we tracked down what I needed. He really took the time and I appreciated that. Thanks and we'll be doing business again.
