Unfortunately, part was useless.
The DeWalt miter saw I purchased (DWS713) had only one step to assemble the saw. Attaching a knob to the front of the saw. Unfortunately, the part (bushing) that the knob screwed into was missing. DeWalts customer service didn't have the needed part, so I ordered one from a 3rd party supplier. The knob didn't fit the bushing they sent me. Not even close. Thinking the problem might be the knob I ordered a new one. It was the same as the one that came with the saw, so of course did not fit. I then saw that you were an "official" supplier of DeWalt parts I ordered a bushing from you. Exactly the same as the bushing sent by the other supplier, and clearly the wrong size. You list this part as no. N366384 On a diagram referred me to by DeWalt, the part is listed as no. 398256-00. Is it possible this is different from the bushing I received from you?
