This is an original replacement part manufactured for use with DeWalt miter saw stands. The plastic handle fits onto the center of the stand and is used to carry the stand while transporting it. The handle is sold individually, please see model diagram for hardware or additional parts.
This was a very easy repair. Just remove the to screws the hold the broken handle to the fence beam. Replace the handle in the same place with the two screws. Make sure you do not lose the two square nuts that the screws are threaded into.
