2 insert both nuts
3 insert lock rod
4 put back in place and reinstall screws

Ran over miter box lever with lawnmower

Removed pin holding lock lever on with punch.
Removed old miter box lock pin, and nuts.
Installed new parts
Install existing pin through lever lock and pressed it back into the miter box table with a C-clamp
