1. Unplug saw.
2. Remove end cover (2 screws).
3. Replace old brushes.
4. Plug saw in.
5. Clean commutator and seat brushes using Ideal brand commutator cleaner and brush seating stone (soft).
6. Blow out dust with compressed air.
7. Replace end cover.
