Remove the the carrying handle from the top of the handle and cover. remove the screws attaching the handle and cover from the saw. Remove the two screws that hold the cord clamp. Then remove the switch. Attach the bottom half to the saw. replace the switch and the cord then the cord clamp. replace the screws in the top half, then attach

1) Disassembled handle clearing any accumulated sawdust and discounting wiring connections from cord to housing.
2) Mounted/ installed lower half of handle.
3) Routed wiring thru pathways of handle.
4) Installed upper half of handle using original hardware.
5) Tested operation of switch and started back to work.
