Basic remove and replace. With the two switches and lockout in the handle, the only tricky is getting everything back in the proper locations. Take a photo when you have it open.

Released handle lock. Removed screws from handle and carefully removed inner parts springs, buttons etc., and reassembled.

1: Remove Handle screws. Will Need a Good Impact Screw Driver!!! 2 Different Types of screws on the Handle..
2: Loosened The Rotation Lock Lever.
3: Swapped Out Parts paying attention where they came off the Original Handles. Pretty Straight Forward.
4: Re Assemble.. Don\'t Over Tighten the Screws.. Re tighten the next day or a few afterward.. Let\'s the plastic settle and Works better.
P. S. While swapping out the pieces Don\'t Forget to Lube the Pivot points and make sure all is clean and move smoothly!!!

Broken handles

Remove handle from clamp collar. The removes the screws from the lower handle. Take a picture of whee all of the internal parts are located. Remove the internal parts and the upper handle. Install the parts of the handle in their proper places , then reverse how you dissembled the parts.

1. Unplugged saw.
2. Loosened locking clamp, removed hinge screw/nut of clamp, opened clamp and removed clamp from saw.
3. Removed screws from metal fitting that the plastic handle rotates in (used #3 Phillips screwdriver). The screws were somewhat difficult to remove... Be sure to apply adequate down-force do as not to strip out the heads.
4. Removed top 1/2 of plastic handle.
5. Took picture of parts inside handle.
6. Remove the bottom 1/2 of handle.
7. Install replacement handle and internal parts in reverse order.
8. Test.
