1. put drill in number 1 position and in drill mode.
2. Placed drill in upright position in a vise.
3. Take large slotted screwdriver and placed into chuck onto head of slotted bolt.
4.Turned clockwise (it\'s reverse threaded bolt) to loosen & remove bolt.
5. Place long end of large allen wrench into chuck. Tighten

6. Place drill on it\'s side into vise securely. Take mallet and hit end of allen wrench counter clockwise (ccw). Though this method worked on You Tube. After several attempts each time harder with no success loosening the chuck.
7. Take cheater pipe and place on end of allen wrench and apply pressure ccw.
8. Un-screw/Remove chuck and place new chuck and tighten by hand.
9. Install bolt and tighten by turning counter clockwise.
10. Enjoy new drill motor!
