This replacement foam air filter element is specifically made for use with Troy-Bilt backpack gas leaf blowers. It is an authentic OEM part and it is sold individually. Air filter is designed to filter out the air from dust and debris. Over time this filter will get clogged and would need to be replaced to ensure engines top performance. You will not need any tools to replace this filter. • Remove filter cover • Replace old filter with a new one • Reassemble and test the blower

Carburetor was bad so I had to replaced, and I replaced spark plug and air filter as regular maintenance

1. Removing air filter cover and air filter
2. Removing 2 screws holding filter base and carburetor
3. Removing gas lines and removing accelerator cable
4. Connecting gas lines and accelerator cable
5. Screwing back new carburetor and filter base
6. Installing new air filter and cover
7. Replacing spar k plug
8. Starting it and checking that everything is ok.

Leaf blower wouldn\'t idle correct

1st Removed the screw\'s from the plastic cover housing.
2nd I took the air filter housing off and the two screws out of the carburetor.
3rd I removed the gasket and the o-ring from the carburetor. Then took the clip off the holder for the throttle cable.
Last, I put everything back in reverse with the new parts and gasket and o-ring.
Afterwards I replaced the spark plug.

Installed the filter, and the cover, make sure the lower tab on cover is securely locked in place. No tools required.
