This genuine OEM sourced replacement part is designed for use with Troy-Bilt and Yard Man backpack blowers. The purpose of a carburetor is to mix air and gas before the fuel mix goes into the engine. If the engine won't start and the tank is full of fresh fuel or it starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. Please note this high-quality metal body carburetor assembly is sold individually. When replacing the carburetor it is advised to replace the connecting gaskets as well to ensure the proper seal, note that the gaskets are all sold separately.

Blower motor would start but not reach full rpm and cut out when accelerated.
After removing the old carburetor, I replaced it with the new e-replacment carb. The new part was identical to the old and fit like a glove. Removed air filter cover and filter.
Removed 2 screws holding the assembly to the motor.
Unhooked fuel lines.
Unhooked throttled cable.
Removed the old carburetor
Assembled in reverse order
