This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement part. It is specially produced for Toro handheld blowers and vacuums. This part sits in the blower housing attached to the crankshaft of the engine. It then produces the airflow for the unit. It is made out of durable black plastic and it is sold individually. Please note the hex nut that is used to secure this impeller is sold separately. Replacing it is a simple task that should only require a screwdriver and a wrench. • Ensure the unit is not powered • Remove the inlet cover • Remove the hex nut holding the impeller • Remove the old impeller • Secure the new impeller on the motor shaft • Tighten the hex nut • Reassemble and test the blower

Is there a metal impeller fan replacement for a Toro model 51592 blower/vac unit??

Remove inlet cover, remove nut and broken fan and washer. Place the washer, fan then tighten the nut on the shaft. Then install the cover.

Cracked impeller

Take off the cover, remove the nut that holds the impeller to the shaft. Remove the cracked impeller. Install the washer on top off the impeller and the new impeller. Then install the cover.

Remove the inlet cover, then remove the hex nut holding the impeller on. Slide the impeller off of the shaft, then slide the new impeller on. Tighten the hex nut on the new impeller and replace the inlet cover

Broken vane on impeller.

No special instructions, just access the impeller area by removing the nozzle and impeller guard, unscrew the nut that holds the impeller in place and lift up to remove it, install the new impeller and do not over tighten the plastic nut, replace the guard and nozzle.

All that needs to be done is to remove the inlet cover, remove the nut that holds the impeller on, then remove the impeller. Install the new impeller on the shaft and tighten down the nut and replace the inlet cover.

Removed the cover over the impeller shaft.
Unscrewed nut and removed the broken impeller.
Put on the new impeller and put on the nut with thread lock.
Replace the cover.
