This is an OEM replacement part from Toro and Lawn Boy for use in blowers and vacuums. The super tube extension attaches to the blower tube. If this item becomes broken it will need to be replaced and shouldn't require any tools during the installation. This is made of plastic and is available as an individual replacement part.
