Replacement part
I ordered a replacement part for my Ryobi Snow Blower. I ordered it several months ago. When it finally arrived, it had been shipped in an envelope designed for paper documents and as a result, one of the two parts was broken in shipment and unusable. I then called and told your rep. about the problem. She was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and said she would order a new part for me. In several days, a new part arrived packed in an appropriately designed box and arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed by the way this issue had been handled. In both shipments, the instructions for installation were missing. Therefore, if you have a copy, I would very much appreciate receiving a one.
Overall I was very pleased with your business and would n hesitated to recommend your service to other friends, etc.
