It arrived on time. Now if I could ever get the other things I ordered (18479859). I ordered a piston, Cylinder and piston rings on the 3rd of September. I am aware that the parts will not ship until all parts are in. I called on the 6th to see if I could get the shipping number. I was told at that time that the you were waiting on the piston. So i called on the 12th to see if the piston had been received, I was told at that time that the piston had arrived that day, and that I would received a shipping number within 24 hours. I called back on the 15th because I hadn't received a tracking number. I was told at that time that you were waiting on parts, but that she would get the information for me and email me the info within 24 hours. I called back on the 16th because I had not received the email, and was told at that time that the part you were waiting on had not been received yet. I understand that sometimes you run into shipping and part issues but although you say your orders will ship in 3 to 7 days, when I call to find out the problem i expect to be told the truth, not that my part had been received. Now the last time I called on the 16th, I was told that it would take 4 to 7 business days for you to receive the part and that it would take 4 to 7 business days for you to ship it to me. That is BAD business!!!
