Blower is 5 years old. Proceeded to remove the old carburetor, carefully noting the parts and placement. Needed to partially remove steering handles from body of blower (to allow clearance for removal of old carburetor). Proceeded to replace the carburetor, step by step, reversing the removal order, starting with the gasket at the engi ne connection. Reattached throttle to body of carburetor and the fuel lines, taking care to soundly clamp the lines. Placed carburetor through attaching bolts and tightened. Replaced air cleaner housing. Inspected all connections. Placed a small supply of gas in tank, turned ignition switch on and primed carburetor (needed some extra priming). Pulled starter cord---blower started and ran smoothly. Tested the blower by running it on the lawn, checked for leaks. None present.
