I inherited a blower from the previous home owner. What I found out is that the blower was in a need of some maintenance. The fuel hoses were brittle, and cracked.
1) Get the right parts. Having the pictures on eReplacementParts helped me figure out what I needed to replace, and a modest chance that they would be the right part.
2) Pryed out the previous fuel tank stopper
3) Removed what remained from the previous fuel hoses on the carb. Take note or pictures BEFORE so that you can put

4) Replaced fuel filter assembly
5) Cleaned out air filter box, paying special attention not to allow material to enter into the throttle body.
6) Replaced air filter
7) Put the cord and let it rip!
