You need to take the carburetor completely off . You will need the allen wrench for the 2 screws that hold the carburetor on. Now you should take a picture with your cell phone for reference. Note how the position of the disc is in the choke lever , then pull it out using pliers. Now use a small punch slightly smaller in dia. than the cho ke lever to push the broken lever out pushing from the bottom up . There is a small metal ball and spring in the side of the carburetor that is the detent for the choke lever . If you loose the ball , a #4 shot works very well. As you push the choke lever out note its position (the lever has a couple of indents in it ) so you put the new lever back in the correct direction . Now put the disc back in and put the carburetor back on . Your Done.
