Side wheel fell off, lost/maybe broke the retatiner ring

1. Put the back of the blower on 2x4 blocks.
2. Put the old wheel bearing back in place, tapped w small mallet.
3. Tapped the axle from the other side to be sure it was all the way through.
4. Put the wheel back onto the axle.
5. Used the pliers and screwdriver to open the retainer ring enough to slip over the axle .
6. Pushed the retainer ring into the circular slot on the axle.
7. Tested the wheel to be sure it was held in place and the retainer clip was securely seated into the slot on the axle.
