Good quality, tight fit.
I had replaced the plastic impeller in my leaf blower twice. When I found this metal one, I ordered it. It's a tight fit, but it works great!
Runs smooth, more powerful air flow!

Perfect part for Toro 51916 blower/vac
Easy replacement! Literally, took under 5 minutes. Part was a perfect replacement for OE and restored the original function.
Contrary to another review, the impeller on the 51916 is completely accessible thru the intake port - NO disassembly of the blower body halves was necessary - I simply removed the vac/blower adapter that covers the intake port and removed the impeller retaining nut. The nut removed easily without much effort - no need to use tools to hold the impeller while breaking the nut loose. The impeller came loose without prying or using a "puller" tool. I was surprised to find that the retaining nut on my unit is high-impact plastic, so I was careful not to over-tighten it after replacing the impeller. The nut has a friction fit on the shaft and together with the torque of the motor, stays secure tightened to only "wrist tight" with a socket wrench. I was a little concerned about the replacement part causing vibration, because there were no apparent balancing bores in the casting, but within minutes, I had the blower spun up and blowing leaves with very little vibration - certainly no more than the original.
Well pleased with the part and eReplacementParts ordering process and shipping.

This Toro Ultra 250 MPH 350 CFM Electric 12 Amp Blower/Vacuum/Mulcher uses a cast metal impeller to blow air or to shred leaves it sucks up. I had some stones in my patio and one of the stones cracked a blade on the impeller. Immediate scary racket occurred along with violent vibration. When the \"vacuum tube\" was removed from the body
... Read moreof the blower/shredder, it was obvious that one of the impeller blades was gone. The blower body was two molded halves held together by about a dozen of the same philips head screws. One screw was hidden under the model number label. I had to cut out a corner of the label to get to the screw. The halves fell apart. At that point, replacing the impeller consisted of removing a nut, pulling off the impeller by hand, then using the new screw to secure the replacement impeller. The old nut would probably have worked fine. Reassembling the two halves was simple. It worked like new. Anyone reading this description would find this to be an easy repair. It was medium difficulty for me because I took a while to find the screw hidden under the label.

Impeller was the original (2019) and was jamming while using it to vacuum/shred leaves. Since replacing it it did not clog once over a 5 hour period.
1. Removed the nut holding the impeller in place
2. Using a combination of a screw driver and plyers pulled/dislodged the existing impeller
3. Placed the new impeller on the bolt
4. Replaced the nut/tightened
5. Did leaves for about 5 hours
