This part is an OEM from Husqvarna. The left band assembly is made for use with many backpack blowers, and is sold individually. The cloth, plastic and metal band is fitted onto the upper clip and ring of the blower. A pair of pliers and a screwdriver are helpful with the installation.

It was an easy fix. The straps were the same as the originals.
I removed the old strap
Put the new ones the same way the old ones were attached.
I used the pliers and screw driver to spread the metal attachment points on the bottom.
Its just like new.

1) Replaced pad, used 8 pushed clips To attach
2) Added RH strap then LH strap with attachments Clips
3) Added rings to attach bottom of RH & LH straps. Use pliers to attach rings
