This is an authentic replacement part manufactured for use with Echo handheld blowers. The intake gasket forms a seal between the carburetor and the insulator. It is recommended to replace gaskets when servicing the engine to ensure proper seals when the parts are reassembled. The intake gasket is sold individually, please see model diagram for associative parts.

Remove the air cleaner cover, and filter
Remove the fuel lines and throttle from the carburetor
Remove the screws holding the air cleaner base and the carburetor
Remove the carburetor and the gasket
Insert the two screws into the air cleaner base, through the carburetor and the gasket
