This item is sold as an individual replacement part and is made out of metal and plastic. The starter pawl assembly contains two e-rings, two return springs, and two starter pawls. It may require a screwdriver during installation. It will need to be replaced if it becomes broken. This is an authentic part from Echo and Shindaiwa for use in backpack blowers.
