The metal nut is used to fasten the bolt that secures the upper fixture bracket to the spring tube assembly. A wrench and socket set are needed to install this item and the nut is sold individually.

Made a wire hook to retrieve in-tank fuel filter. Replaced air filter. Both are regular maintenance work.

Replaced broken shoulder bolt and all washers on Echo blower control arm. Also bent and repositioned shut-off switch leafs on the end of the control arm since blower would not shut off after use (Moving the speed cont rol sliding switch to the off position did not ground out ignition and therefore would not shut off.....had to apply choke in order to kill the engine.)
