The lower intake cover attaches to the upper intake cover. This is a genuine Shindaiwa and Echo replacement part used in compatible blowers. It is made of plastic and is sold individually. When replacing this item an allen wrench, a socket set, and a torx bit might be required during the installation process. Over time this part may break and will need to be replaced.
