The lever piece attaches to the left fan cover. This is an OEM replacement part for use in Echo blowers and shred 'n' vacs. It is made of plastic and is priced individually. During replacement, it may require a screwdriver to help install the part correctly. Over time this part may break and will need to be replaced.
