Just put the new parts on. No tools. All parts just slip on. It was very simple. But the results were amazing. I never realized how much better the blower works with the right tubes in place.

The elbow tube was split were it meets the corrugated rubber hose

Was easy fix unscrew clamps holding the elbow and hose disconnect the old elbow from the blower and hose. Reconnect the new part. Used a bolt, washer, and nut to grip the handle because those items were missing.
