1. Replaced the carburetor and installed the new gasket between the carburetor and the engine. (needed 2 gaskets so used the old gasket between the carburetor and the choke input.)
2. Replaced the gas filter.
3. Replaced the throttle cable.

The throttle lever broke

I removed the throttle lever with a screwdriver and socket. Since I was replacing the throttle lever I ordered and replaced the throttle cable too. The cable was easy just a couple of nuts with a wrench. The whole thing was pretty simple and did not take more than 10 mins.
