It provides identical replacements for missing or damaged parts that were installed on a new unit. Throttle cable is connected to the carburetor and it stops the engine when you shift the lever to the full choke position. This is a complete kit which consists of the rubber insulated throttle cable and the plastic housing. Please make sure to refer to the owners manual and the appropriate diagrams of your model for the exact location and application of these parts.
