This is a genuine replacement part manufactured for use with leaf blowers. The plastic nozzle funnels the air exiting the blower tubes. Since the nozzle is at the end of the blower tubes it can make contact with the ground or other surfaces which can wear down the nozzle. This nozzle is available as an individual replacement part, please see model diagram for any additional parts.
