Put a piece of pipe over the end of the blade so if you slip you don\'t cut your hand or arm.

Old mower blade

1. Removed spark plug wire.
2. Secured mower on side.
3. Placed small crowbar to keep blade from turning when removing.
4. New blade secured on mower.

This size blade is not very easy to find, but these people had it, shipped quickly, at a fair price.
Just simply removed the blade bolt, then the old blade. Installed the new blade on the spindle, then tightened the blade bolt.
