Deck belt was comming off when blade was not engaged
It took 1 hour to finish. Had to remove a cover then had to remove the pto engage arm off. Then had to fish it around the motor and then fish the new cable around the motor and hook it to the pto then the pto arm. It\'s still loose have to buy the pto it\'s self.

Mower deck PTO cable frayed between the activation handle and first bushing guide.
I would recommend taking a few pictures of the existing cable before removing. There is a reverse tension spring that has to be reused behind the main (hook) spring. I needed no tools, just pull the engagement lever all the back to eliminate any tension during the cable installation. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.
