The Chute deflector covers the discharge port on the mower deck and directs the grass clippings away from the mower. This part is made of durable plastic and is sold individually. For installation, you will need a screwdriver and a socket wrench. Before starting this repair, engage the parking brake and remove the spark plug and boot wire for the mower.
