Removed the cap, then the e-ring and washer and removed the caster fork. Remove the wheel from the old one and installed it on the new one. Placed the washer, e-ring and cap on the new one.

Replaced bent Fork assembly.

Took Cap-hub off, loosened axel nut, Jacked up the mower and removed the wheel. Removed old fork put in new fork assembly, reinstalled wheel and lowered the jack. I had to apply grease to the assembly before installation because I did not have a way to use the grease fitting.
