Steering very loose

1. Removed the old tie rod ends first with a tractor on a jack with jack stands.
2. Installed new tie end trying to locate them into the same location to avoid a front wheel alinement.
3. Removed both wheels and replaced the four bearings. Getting hem out and the new ones in is always difficult. I had not ordered the caps and did not really need the ones but could have so they were a good add. Could if you want to add something could be two cotter pins as the ones being removed are a little bent to use again.
4. Assembled the wheel and test drove to check for alignment and all was fine.
5. Filled all nipples with grease.

Wheel assembly plastic cap was missing. Needed extra key and safety switches failing

For the cap.
I placed on top of wheel mount. Softly tapped on with rubber mallet
Key was just an extra key
Switches removed gently with pliers and screwdriver. Reconnected to wiring assembly and placed back in mounting position

Replaced bent Fork assembly.

Took Cap-hub off, loosened axel nut, Jacked up the mower and removed the wheel. Removed old fork put in new fork assembly, reinstalled wheel and lowered the jack. I had to apply grease to the assembly before installation because I did not have a way to use the grease fitting.
