1. took off mounting nut and washer
2. Removed old broken fan
3. Installed new fan with washer and bolt
4. Started to verify operational - all good

Removed foot rest and drive belt cover ,removed broken fan blade and installed the new one ,removed drive belt and idler pulley and installed disconnect arm and pulley,reinstalled belt ,cover and foot rest

Picked up a stick, it lodged under seat where the nylon fan blade is, breaking a blade and cracking another. This helps cool the transmission.

Jacked machine up, pulled right wheel set on jack stand. Loosened idler (drive belt) removed. Loosened fan blade removed and replaced and put everything back together again.
