This part is an OEM from Snapper and Simplicity for use with Lawn Tractors. The mandrel pulley spins the blade on the mower deck of the tractor. The most common reason for replacing the spindle pulley is when it is stripped, causing the belt to snap and the blades not to move. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the mandrel pulley is a 7/8 inch socket and an impact driver.
