Part was good and worked as it should. The shipping and communication on the other hand was horrible
Ordered the part. they didnt have it in stock and had to order from manufacturer (5-7 days) thats fine if I was informed of that. Never got an email informing me of that. Didnt find out till after 2 weeks of waiting and me calling them to get that information. Was then told that they had the part and was going to ship it out to me that day. 2 more weeks go by without receiving the part. Once again no information on status. Once again had to call to see what the problem was. Apparently this belt is priceless to someone and it was either lost or stollen during shipping and they had to order another from the manufacture. Did not know any of this till I called again to see the status of the order. Asked if they could help me out with faster shipping once they got it and was told I paid for a set shipping and could not be pushed up. Finally after more phone calls They graciously decided they would deduct the price of shipping. After waiting a month and a half the part finally shows up and I now have to fight a jungle of a yard. So to sum it all up the part works great the customer service is not
