Correct part number, wrong part, and not even close

Package shipped over a week late and was not even close to right part. I have the OEM manuals so there was no question the correct part was ordered. At least when I had to return the item (three weeks after ordering) they provided free shipping back and a refund. Ended up driving the 20 miles to a brick and mortar store for the service I expected.
