Need help finding your model number?This is a genuine Simplicity and Snapper part for use with Lawn Tractors. The V-belt connects the engine crankshaft pulley to the transmission pulley. The most common reason for replacing the belt is when it is worn, as part of regular (at least yearly) preventive maintenance. If the belt is broken, the mower blades will not rotate. This part is sold individually. There are no tools needed to replace the V-belt.
