This durable OEM supplied hardware is made for use with Murray riding lawn mowers and garden tractors. It is one of the springs that apply tension on the seat. This is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty hardware that was installed on a new unit. Refer to the diagrams of your specific model for the exact location and the correct installation of this component. One durable metal spring is included.
