Broken wheel assembly.

1. Remove wheel assembly.
2. Order parts and when tire arrived on the day it was determined reassembled new wheel. The only thing that had to be modified was a washer was added and it had to be drilled to a 32\" larger hole.
3. The washer was needed to remove slop on axle.
