Product Description

This is an authentic manufacturer sourced replacement blade. It is commonly used on Murray lawn mowers/tractors. This blade can be used to mow, mulch and discharge grass. Over time blade would become dull or bent. This would cause uneven cuts and could damage the mower. This part is made out of metal and it is sold individually. To replace it you would need a wrench to remove the nut that secures the blade.

Have someone help lift the front of the mower up on blocks and make sure it is sturdy. Block the rear wheels. Using a thick leather glove to hold the blade. I removed my mower deck probably did not have to but I replaced all the belt and did some cleaning on the deck. Then with socket wrench I removed old blades and put new ones on then put deck back on.

Jacked up riding mower and replaced blades. Mower was bought used and has always left grass standing, found blades were 1/2\" shorter than called for.
To remove the blades, remove the blade nut, washers and the blade
Reverse the order to install them
