1. I removed guard for belt. Removed deck belt.
2. I used pipe wrench to hold engine pulley while I loosen bolt on pulley with socket set.
3. As I lowered pulley I removed transmission belt from top pulley.
4. Replaced new engine pulley in reverse order.

Pulley may have been worn. Mower would not go up a hill, and engine rpm would not drop, suspect belt and sheeve(s)

Lowered and moved deck out of the way.
Lifted mower, put front wheels on 2 2x6s
Used air impact to back out bolt, note factory must have used some white thread locker
Old pulley dropped off
Installation just reverse
Test run
